When you submit the contact form we receive the details you type into it: your name, email address, and optionally your company, project type, budget range, timeline and project description.

This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. The only browser storage it sets is your light or dark theme preference, which stays on your device.

Enquiry details are used to reply to you and to assess whether we are a suitable fit for the work. We do not sell this information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.

Enquiries are retained while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case it resumes. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

To request a copy of what we hold, or to have it deleted, email info@encodertechs.com. We will action reasonable requests promptly.

This site is served from a hosting provider that necessarily processes requests to deliver pages. Fonts are self-hosted with the site rather than loaded from an external font service, so visiting a page does not send a request to a third-party CDN on your behalf.
