Transport software is a state machine with money attached. A job is booked, assigned, collected, moved, delivered and settled, and every transition is somebody's cue to act. These systems fail when status is a free-text field instead of a modelled transition with a timestamp and an owner.
We build an operator dashboard plus a field surface. Dispatchers see the board: unassigned jobs, vehicles, drivers, exceptions. Drivers see one job at a time with the fewest possible taps to advance it and capture proof.
The settlement layer is what makes it commercially useful: rates per route or client, driver payouts, fuel and expenses, and invoices generated from the jobs that actually completed.

Dispatch decided over the phone
When assignment happens in chat, there is no record of who was offered a job, when, or why it slipped — and that history is what disputes are settled with.
Status that arrives too late
If answering 'where is it' means calling a driver, the operator is the tracking system, and that does not scale past a few dozen active jobs.
Proof of delivery on paper
Signed slips get lost and the invoice waits for them. Capturing signature, photo and timestamp at delivery closes the billing loop the same day.
Settlements built from memory
Driver payouts, client rates, fuel and advances must reconcile against completed jobs, not a spreadsheet rebuilt monthly.

Transportation — questions
Do you integrate GPS tracking?
We integrate the tracking hardware or provider a fleet already uses rather than selling a device. Positions are stored against jobs so internal and client-facing status read from one source.
Can drivers work without a stable connection?
Yes. Status changes and proof captures queue locally and sync when signal returns, which is the normal condition on intercity routes.
