Institutes are record-keeping organisations. Admissions, attendance, assessment and fees each produce a document trail that has to survive staff turnover and satisfy parents, boards and auditors. Off-the-shelf LMS products handle the teaching half well and the administrative half poorly, which is why so many institutes end up with a portal plus three spreadsheets.
We build the administrative spine first — students, enrolments, sessions, fee schedules, ledgers — and attach the learning surfaces to it. That ordering means a fee receipt and an attendance record refer to the same enrolment, and a report can be produced without stitching systems together.
We run training programmes ourselves, so cohorts, schedules, attendance and progress are problems we manage weekly rather than only specify.

Custom LMS or integrate an existing one?
If the teaching model is standard, integrating an existing LMS and building the administrative system around it is cheaper and faster. Custom is right when assessment, cohort rules or fee logic make configuration a permanent workaround.
Can parents and students have their own access?
Yes. Portals are role-scoped views of the same records — attendance, fees, results — rather than separate applications with copied data.
